This mark of excellence can only be awarded to DQS clients that have passed extensive, industry-specific audits.
Specific categories exist covering particular industries, including; hotels and restaurants, transportation, logistics and packaging, consumer goods and public facilities. Suppose your business, organisation, product, or service does not fall into one of these categories. In that case, DQS CFS will develop a tailored GC-Mark for you, including a voluntary certification standard for associations and federations. The GC-Mark has been designed to be an attractive, standout label that has clear intentions and can be instantly understood by the target audience, showing your dedication to accountability.

The criteria for the GC-Mark was developed on nationally and internationally recognised regulations for all sectors and aligned with the SDG’s (Sustainable Development Goals). The programme is compatible with existing quality standards, regulations and management systems. Obtaining a GC-Mark is as simple as contacting DQS for a quote. Your organisation will undergo a self-assessment and an on-site assessment to ensure that you meet all the relevant criteria. An audit consisting of a checklist of criteria assesses your organisation’s conformity to the requirements. If your organisation already meets the outlined criteria, DQS can issue a GC-Mark based on an existing certification or recommend a delta audit.
The GC-Mark and certification is valid for a year. It is not essential that you have an existing ISO certification to be eligible for the GC-Mark. The mark may be used for digital and traditional marketing and is a mark of your conformity to an international board and showing accountability to a third-party auditor.
