COURSE SUMMARY:

This course is designed for the sectors in industry that have or are in the process of integrating the various management systems into an integrated management system.

The client decides the combination of the integrated level based on the type of certification required by the business. Integration of management systems is based on the criteria of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:

The course is design specifically for those individuals responsible for the integration of the management system in the workplace to form a holistic approach to the management and control of business risk.

Candidates are provided with the opportunity to develop systems and to role-out in a class scenario.

PREREQUISITES:

Candidates are required to have knowledge of the standards that they want to integrate. It is recommended that the facilitation course applicable to the integration level have been successfully completed.

COURSE SUMMARY:

Assessment of the integrated management system forms an important part of the process to demonstrate continual improvement. The standards requires that the management system must be audited on a periodic

basis. The Integrated Auditor Course is designed for employees able to conduct internal assessments based on an integrated approach.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:

The course material is based on sampling methods, interviewing techniques, effective listening skills and value-added report writing. Special emphasis is devoted to the effective development of Corrective Action Requests. The integrated Auditor Course is designed specifically for those individuals responsible for doing internal audits against the requirements of the various standards.

PREREQUISITES:

  • Candidates should be conversant with the management of various standard requirements.
  • It is required that the internal auditor courses have been successfully completed.
  • Completion of the Facilitation courses for the applicable standards are required.

OUTCOME:

With the successful completion of this course the participant will be able to:

  • Understand and apply ISO 19011:2011requirements for auditing.
  • Develop specific documents required by standards.
  • Develop auditing material required to conduct an internal audit based on integrated approach.
  • Plan and prepare the auditing process.
  • Apply the principles of Planning, Executing, Recording & Close-out of audited scenarios.
  • Develop and implement key documentation to ensure the auditing process is concluded in a professional manner.
  • Successfully apply all the techniques learned during the course within the requirements of ISO 45001:2018, ISO 9001& ISO 14001.
